As is evident throughout my books, my research covers broad management “mindset” areas related to different organizations and cultures. This has included businesses of different sizes, education (primarily post secondary) as well as civil society organizations.

Because the future appears pointed to the increasing importance of the small/medium sized business sector, this is the area where much of my research will be increasingly directed.

This will include as well transcultural issues as well as adaptations between disciplines and sectors.
